ProspectHQ Trust Center

Athlete development requires trust.

ProspectHQ is designed to help athletes, families, coaches, and organizations organize sensitive development information without losing control of who can see it or how it is used.

Our commitments

Clear practices, not vague promises.

Private by default

Athlete records begin private. Authorized users decide when a supported profile or section becomes team-only or public.

Your record, your choice

Customers choose what to upload, retain ownership of their content, and control supported sharing and visibility settings.

No sale of athlete data

ProspectHQ does not sell personal information or user-uploaded content to third parties and does not use youth athlete information for targeted advertising.

Role-based access

Organization roles, team assignments, guardian relationships, and player permissions limit who can manage each record.

AI with human judgment

Requested AI features may process relevant data through contracted providers. Outputs are informational and should be reviewed by a qualified adult.

Records are retained

When paid access ends, records can become read-only rather than being automatically deleted solely because a subscription ended.

AI-assisted features

AI helps interpret the record. People make the decisions.

When an authorized user requests analysis, page design, image enhancement, transcription, or speech, ProspectHQ may provide the information needed for that request to contracted service providers. This processing supports the requested feature; it is not a sale of the information.

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. It is not medical advice, professional scouting advice, or a guarantee of recruiting results. Coaches, parents, guardians, and qualified professionals should review it before acting.

Youth and public profiles

Adults control youth access and publication.

Children under 13 may not create independent ProspectHQ accounts. A parent, legal guardian, or appropriately authorized organization must manage the profile and authorize supported youth access.

Public information can be indexed, shared, or captured by others. ProspectHQ therefore keeps athlete profiles private by default and gives authorized users controls for supported public sections.
