How does an athlete share a profile with college coaches?
The athlete or guardian controls a public, SEO-friendly link that opens without a ProspectHQ login. Recruiting Mode can add contact, sharing, and downloadable resume tools when the athlete is ready.
Can coaches tell where statistics came from?
ProspectHQ keeps imported records organized by source, season, game, tournament, or performance session. Guided imports preserve more context than a single self-reported number.
Which records can ProspectHQ bring together?
Current workflows support season, tournament, and game data alongside performance sessions, athletic testing, manual statistics, and video. More sources can be added without replacing the athlete record.
How is a young athlete’s information protected?
Athlete profiles start private. Authorized users decide whether a profile and its supported sections are private, team-only, or public. ProspectHQ does not sell personal information for money or use youth athlete information for targeted advertising.
How does a club roll this out across coaches and teams?
Organization workspaces provide team limits, role-based access, roster management, branded public pages, and a consistent record across seasons. A team demo can map the tools and workflow a program already uses.
Can a customer cancel?
Yes. Premium plans can be canceled through account billing. When paid access ends, retained records become read-only instead of being automatically deleted, subject to the account’s data controls and policies.
